Freight Allowance: F.O.B. Shipping Point. Freight allowed on orders of $3,000 or more within the U.S. All claims for shortages must be made within 10 days of receipt of materials.
Minimum Order: No order for merchandise will be rendered for less than a minimum charge of $50.00 net, excluding transportation charges.
Defective Material: Any material which proves defective will be replaced at no charge. Our sole responsibility is limited to actual replacement of material involved. We accept no responsibility for labor or kindred claims.
Returns: We cannot accept return of any goods, unless our permission has been first obtained and RGA has been issued. Returns are subject to a 25% restocking charge. Credit issued can be used toward future purchases only. Returns will not be allowed on modified products, special order products if our supplier will not accept return, or quantities of stock items that exceed one year’s usage.
Guarantees: Alliance Metals makes no warranties, expressed or implied, with respect to the material it sells. The only warranties on the material sold by Alliance Metals are those of the manufacturer.
Shipping: We reserve the right to determine the method of shipment unless otherwise agreed upon in advance. Unless otherwise quoted, all shipments are F.O.B. our warehouse or manufacturing point. Our responsibility ceases when the material is delivered in good order and condition to the carrier.
Terms: Net thirty days.
